Returns

Refunds are available for all full-priced items, excluding any shipping costs, regardless of whether the buyer paid for shipping. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returns received after this period may be denied. Your return parcel must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging. Once Get Spliced has received your returned package, all items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

Get Spliced reserves the right to deny a return if an item is returned used, soiled, worn, damaged, or altered in any way. In these circumstances, the item will be returned to the sender, and you will be notified by email.

Please note that personalised items, including items customised with names, dates, or initials, are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.

Items purchased with standard logos or titles printed on them, such as “Bride,” “Bridesmaid,” or similar titles, may be returned; however, the refund will be issued as store credit only.

We recommend referring to the relevant size charts before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size.

Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are eligible for return; however, refunds for these items will be issued in the form of store credit only.
